Hello from Beijing

We made it!  The weather around Chicago caused us hours of delays, but we made our connection and here we are.  We all faired well and are exhausted from a lack of sleep.  Our guide met us at the airport and got us checked into our hotel.  We visited the 7 Eleven across the street for water and some snacks and now we're preparing for bed.  Tomorrow we go to the Great Wall!  More later when I can form some thoughts.

Hey all!   Well, aside from the four hours of delays everything else went according to plan.  We're all very tired but glad to be here.  Flight here took us up and over the Northern edge of Alaska, so not quite as close to the North Pole as last time.  Big day tomorrow.  We'll keep you posted!
